Philip Bangerter, team leader, repair, guitar builder, electronics and set-up, knows his craft and forms as half "Bladeian" the interface to "Levinson Ltd".

Mark Elliott, over 30 years of experience as professional musician knows "his" instrument and invests his Know-How in set-up, repair and electronics. In the Musicstore he also offers his knowledge as a salesman and consultant. Since autumn 2013 beginners and advanced are welcome to take professional guitar lessons from him in the new internal Rockschool.
